MONTREAL — Air Canada Vacations is expanding its sales team with the creation of a new national role dedicated to group sales, a move aimed at strengthening support for travel advisors across Canada.
Dianne Pedroso, a 28-year veteran of Air Canada Vacations, will step into the role, bringing decades of experience and a strong reputation among travel advisors nationwide. In her new capacity, Pedroso will represent group sales at a national level, working closely with advisors to help them build and grow their group business.
This marks the first time Air Canada Vacations has introduced a national role focused specifically on group sales. The company says the move is designed to provide greater consistency, enhanced expertise and more hands-on guidance for advisors navigating the complexities and opportunities within the group travel segment.
“Dianne’s experience, credibility, and deep understanding of the travel advisor community make her the ideal person to step into this new national role,” said Erminia Gallina, Director of Sales at Air Canada Vacations. “Her passion for group travel, combined with nearly three decades at Air Canada Vacations, will be a tremendous asset as we continue to support advisors in building successful and profitable group business across the country.”
As Pedroso transitions into the new position, Air Canada Vacations has confirmed it will begin the process of identifying a replacement for her current territory, with further details to be announced.
