Trevello redefines industry events with experiential conference in Belfast

TORONTO — Trevello Travel Group is taking a different approach to industry events with its 2026 annual conference, bringing more than 250 travel advisors and supplier partners to Belfast, Ireland for a five-day immersive program focused on connection, collaboration and business growth.

Under the theme “Building Bridges,” the conference runs May 3-7 and is designed to move beyond traditional formats like trade shows and seminars, instead emphasizing hands-on engagement and real-time collaboration between advisors, suppliers and head office teams.

“This conference reflects what Trevello stands for. When advisors, supplier partners, and our head office come together with a shared purpose, we don’t just build connections, we build stronger businesses and a stronger industry,” said Zeina Gedeon, CEO, Trevello Travel Group.

Programming begins with welcome events aimed at fostering community, followed by a full day of structured networking sessions expected to generate more than 1,600 one-on-one connections between advisors and supplier partners. Evening events will showcase local venues, giving advisors firsthand destination experience to support future sales.

The conference also features Trevello’s “Meeting of the Minds” sessions, offering more than 300 advisor-driven discussions where participants choose their own topics and business focus. A gala event at Titanic Belfast will recognize achievements across the network.

International Travel Advisor Day on May 6 will include a keynote from David Meade, followed by curated tours across Northern Ireland, allowing advisors and suppliers to experience the destination together. The final day includes guided city experiences such as Belfast’s well-known Black Taxi tours, culminating in a symbolic “Cross the Bridge” farewell event.

“It’s about how we engage, take action, and turn these connections into real results,” said Susan Lawson, Director of Engagement, Trevello.

According to the company, the conference reflects a broader strategy to strengthen advisor-supplier relationships and provide practical, experience-led learning designed to support long-term business growth.
