SEATTLE — Holland America Line is marking 153 years of ocean exploration with the launch of a month-long Anniversary Sale, offering a range of incentives including fare discounts, onboard credits, reduced deposits and free fares for children.

Running from April 2 to April 30, 2026, the promotion applies to sailings departing from April 2026 through spring 2027, with itineraries ranging from four to 69 days. The offer includes cruises across the line’s global network, spanning Alaska, the Caribbean, Canada and New England, Northern Europe, the Mediterranean, Australia and New Zealand, South America and Antarctica, the Pacific Coast, Hawaii, Tahiti, the Panama Canal, Mexico and Asia.

“Celebrating 153 years of ocean exploration is about honouring the guests who have travelled the world with us,” said Beth Bodensteiner, president of Holland America Line. “The Anniversary Sale is both a thank you to our loyal guests and an invitation to new travellers to experience our thoughtfully designed itineraries, immersive destination experiences and exceptional service – all with added value and special savings.”

The promotion features savings of up to 30% on cruise-only fares, onboard credits of up to US$400 per stateroom, and deposits reduced by 50%. Families can also benefit from free fares for third and fourth guests aged 18 and under when sharing a stateroom.

Hundreds of sailings are included in the offer, along with Alaska cruises and Cruisetours and the line’s longer Collectors’ Voyages, which combine back-to-back itineraries into a single extended journey.

The Anniversary Sale can also be combined with the line’s “Have it All” premium fare, which adds a package of inclusions such as shore excursions, a Signature Beverage Package, specialty dining and a Wi-Fi Surf Package, in addition to the promotional savings and perks.

Onboard credits included in the sale can be used toward a range of experiences, including specialty dining, spa services, shore excursions, beverages and retail purchases.

Sample itineraries featured in the promotion include: the seven-day Alaska Explorer starting at $103 per person, per day; the seven-day Canada & New England: UNESCO Sites & Quebecois Nights starting at $79 per person, per day; the nine-day Southern Caribbean starting at $89 per person, per day; the 10-day Signature Denali Alaska Cruisetour starting at $100 per person, per day; the seven-day Eastern Caribbean Holiday: San Juan & St. Thomas starting at $143 per person, per day; and the 35-day Voyage of the Vikings: Solar Eclipse starting at $240 per person, per day.

The Anniversary Sale excludes cruises of three days or less and Grand Voyages, with taxes and fees included in advertised fares.
