TORONTO — Envoyage has launched a global partnership with Travefy, giving its network of more than 3,000 travel entrepreneurs access to a modern, mobile-first tool designed to streamline operations and elevate the client experience.
The rollout spans five key markets – Australia, Canada, New Zealand, South Africa and the United States – with Travefy now positioned as the preferred itinerary and proposal platform for Envoyage members.
According to Wendie Lee, Chief Product Officer (technology) for Independent and Luxury brands at parent company FCTG, the platform makes it easier for travel advisors to plan, book and present itineraries.
“Envoyage supports members operating businesses of all sizes, from sole traders to multi-location businesses with large teams. These businesses not only have regional nuances, but they operate across a range of specialisations, business models and platforms. As a result, our objective is to procure, develop and partner with scalable, flexible technology that can meet the unique needs of each member.
“Travefy meets these criteria, serving as the client-facing layer of the Envoyage technology ecosystem and an excellent option for our members to incorporate into their business practices. It brings together bookings and travel components from across multiple systems and presents them as a seamless, professional itinerary and communication experience for the traveller,” she said.
Key features of the platform include polished proposals and itineraries built through a drag-and-drop interface, destination content integration and a mobile app that offers travellers in-app messaging and real-time flight notifications. The system also incorporates AI-assisted content creation tools and smart import capabilities from PDFs and emails, along with more than 200 supplier connections and access to a hotel database of over 1.3 million properties.
Canadian members were among the first to adopt the platform, citing benefits such as ease of use, time savings and more polished client-facing documentation.
“Travefy has saved me time in my day-to-day, which has allowed me to bring on new clients, taking my business to the next level,” says Olimpia Govorusa, an Envoyage Canada member.
Envoyage says the rollout will be supported by training and onboarding resources to ensure members can maximize the platform’s capabilities. Advisors will also be able to access Travefy through single sign-on via Home, the proprietary technology platform developed by Flight Centre Travel Group for its independent brands.
