Collette University 201 debuts with new learning tracks for advisors

MISSISSAUGA — Collette has announced the launch of Collette University 201, an extension of its self-paced learning platform designed exclusively for travel advisors.

Developed in collaboration with advisors across the industry, the program builds on the success of Collette University by offering new training modules aimed at helping advisors enhance their expertise, refine their brand positioning and grow their business.

Collette University 201 introduces a structured approach with two distinct learning tracks: one for experienced advisors with more than five years in the industry, and another for those newer to the profession with up to five years of experience. The dual-track format is designed to ensure advisors receive content that is relevant to their level of experience.

“Supporting our travel advisors is truly at the heart of everything we do at Collette,” said Christian Leibl-Cote, Executive Vice President of Global Sales. “We built Collette University 201 to meet advisors where they are – giving them the chance to learn in the ways that work best for them, whether that’s through virtual training, experiencing our tours firsthand or through meaningful in person conversations. Our goal is simple: to empower advisors with the tools, knowledge and confidence they need to grow their business and match clients with exceptional guided travel.”

New modules will be rolled out throughout 2026 on a bi-monthly basis, covering a range of topics including: brand positioning and storytelling; detailed overviews of Collette’s product portfolio; business growth strategies; and client matching insights.

By the end of the program, advisors are expected to have a deeper understanding of Collette’s offerings, along with the tools and confidence needed to better align clients with the right guided travel experiences, says the company.
