TORONTO — The Travel Agent Next Door’s ‘LUXE Mastermind’ two full-day immersion program attracted close to 50 TTAND agents in Toronto and Vancouver, all focused on generating more high-end business for their agencies.

The LUXE Mastermind program “is unlike any other,” says TTAND. It’s positioned as a deep dive on understanding the psychology of an affluent and high net worth consumer. The two-day sessions featured UK-based Dr. Paul Russell, who heads up the Luxury Academy. Dr. Russell is a consumer behaviour psychologist specializing in high-net-worth and luxury consumer behaviour, with a focus on influence, persuasion and behavioural prediction.

“The agents were thrilled and see the value of the program. It is a cost to them, and giving up 2.5 days of time, along with a lot of prep work, but they see the value already,” said Christine Ufniak, TTAND’s Director of Marketing. “They are engaged, and excited about the insights from the supplier sessions and the content Paul is providing. They have a clear direction of how to grow their luxe business.”

Ufniak along with Rhonda Stanley, who heads up TTAND’s New Agent Development division, also facilitated sessions at the event. Luxury suppliers were on hand for presentations as well.
