Chelsea Hotel, Toronto is debuting its reimagined family spaces, in its all-new family recreation hub, ‘The Hive’, as it promotes family mini staycations, March Break getaways and more.

With the hotel’s Resort in the City Experience, available from March 13 to March 22, 2026, guests can enjoy newly renovated Executive Rooms, featuring king or two double beds, Nespresso coffee machines, mini-fridges and 50” flat-screen TVs – plus most rooms have private balconies. Resort in the City Experience rates start at $199 per room per night, including a $100 food and beverage credit, parking and late check-out as of 12 p.m.

The Studio
March Break turns the hotel into a veritable indoor playground for families, with everything from arts and crafts and bingo to movie nights. This year the Chelsea Hotel is also introducing The Hive, its newly renovated family hub featuring The Cove, a refreshed indoor pool with downtown Toronto’s only indoor waterslide; The Workshop, a creative kids’ space where hand-on play inspires imagination; and The Studio, a collaborative lounge for young creators and teens. Daily pool time registration is in effect for high-demand times like March Break.

Lobby activations for this popular week at the hotel including servings of Cake Pops and Smoothie Shooters, plus kids can join a pizza making class, Princess Breakfast High Tea and a Teddy Bear’s Picnic lunch, all for a nominal fee.
Meanwhile Chelsea Hotel’s Show Your Key and Save program offers discounts to some of Toronto’s top attractions, including the Art Gallery of Ontario, Little Canada and Ripley’s Aquarium of Canada.
