Riu Jalisco, Mexico
The newly expanded family resort Riu Jalisco in Nuevo Vallarta, fresh off a multimillion dollar renovation, features 820 newly renovated rooms, including family suites that accommodate up to six guests. Reimagined outdoor upgrades include six swimming pools, two dedicated children’s pools with games and slides, plus a new splash pad playground. The resort’s culinary offerings have been enhanced with the addition of an American Country restaurant, a candy ice cream parlour, and a sports bar complementing existing specialty restaurants. Parents can enjoy beachfront relaxation on Playa de Flamingos while the kids play at the refreshed RiuLand kids’ club.
Ocean Allure Costa Mujeres, Mexico
Opened in December 2025, this new adults-only (18+) luxury retreat is surrounded by mangroves and tropical jungle and offers 599 ocean-inspired suites, including exclusive swim-out rooms where guests have direct pool access. The resort features multiple infinity pools, including exclusive rooftop options, a wave pool and a lazy river. Eight themed à la carte restaurants include everything from Japanese teppanyaki to French fine dining, complemented by 10 bars throughout the property.
