MIAMI — AIC Hotel Group has appointed Delia Osegueda as Vice President of Global Partnerships, expanding its leadership team as the company looks to drive international growth across key source markets.

With more than a decade of leadership experience in hospitality, Osegueda will lead efforts to drive international growth and enhance the brand’s presence with partners in Canada, the U.S., Europe and Asia. She will oversee the development and execution of multi-market strategies, identify potential partners, negotiate agreements and help increase revenue in new markets like Jamaica and the Dominican Republic with the launches of UNICO and DOMA.

Prior to joining AIC, Osegueda held a senior leadership role at a major hotel company with all-inclusive properties in the Caribbean and Mexico where, in 2024, she received the Marriott International Elite CALA Above Property Sales Leader of the Year award and the Elite Global Above Property Sales Leader award.

Osegueda will report to Hernandez. Reporting into her role will be Roberto Medero, Sales Director for Europe and Asia, and Haley Zidik, Account Manager for the U.S. and Canada.
