The number, 888-575-9782, is designed exclusively for travel advisors and is part of the brand’s broader effort to simplify processes, support advisors and strengthen relationships with its trade partners.

The hotline connects new-to-Azamara agencies and advisors with a trained contact centre team to provide assistance with first-time bookings, system navigation, finding a sales representative or understanding itineraries. Advisors also receive a welcome email and step-by-step guidance through the registration process, ensuring a smooth start to their partnership with the cruise line.
The initiative follows feedback from Azamara’s recent trade survey and comes alongside several other enhancements aimed at making it easier for travel advisors to work with the cruise line. These include introducing new chapters for the Azamara World Academy (AWA) training and certification platform in 2026, increasing product and RezA training for advisors that will enhance their confidence in selling Azamara’s small-ship experiences, and providing new Destination Guides featuring deck plans, brand insights and detailed destination information.
The launch of the hotline follows a period of notable growth for Azamara’s trade partnerships, which include 500 first-time bookings from new agency partners and over 800 new registrations from agencies eager to sell Azamara’s cruises.
