FORT LAUDERDALE — Viva Cruises is expanding its boutique portfolio with plans to introduce VIVA UNIQUE, the second ship in its premium VIVA Boutique collection.
The new vessel will debut in Italy in 2027, following the launch of VIVA BEYOND in 2026.
VIVA UNIQUE is designed to showcase Italy’s cultural and culinary traditions through themed itineraries focused on food, art and lifestyle. The itineraries will visit a mix of well-known and lesser-travelled destinations, from the lagoon islands of Mazzorbo and Burano to the historic centre of Chioggia and the countryside near Polesella. Optional excursions will feature cultural landmarks in Murano, Torcello, Verona and Bologna, while other sailings will include Cremona and Mantua, cities recognized for their architecture and musical heritage.

Onboard, VIVA UNIQUE will combine contemporary design with Italian Dolce Vita flair. Guests will have three dining options. MOMENTS, the Italian-inspired fine dining restaurant, will feature seasonal menus in an elegant setting. The Trattoria will offer Mediterranean dishes in a casual atmosphere, while the main Riverside restaurant will serve international cuisine and regional specialties with panoramic views.
More than half of the ship’s accommodations will be suites, including the new Unique Suites, which measure up to 323 square feet. Other onboard amenities include a wellness area, modern fitness room and a sun deck with pool overlooking the Venetian Lagoon and towns along the Po River.
Guests will receive tailored services based on their cabin category. Twin Cabin and Junior Suite guests will receive a VIVA Boutique gift, complimentary laundry and a themed excursion. Suite guests will enjoy added benefits such as priority embarkation, an aperitif and airport transfers from Venice. Unique Suite guests will receive in-suite breakfast, seasonal culinary treats, priority dining reservations, a special experience and an aperitif with the captain and hotel manager.
As with other Viva Cruises sailings, the line’s all-inclusive product will be offered on VIVA UNIQUE. This includes full board, high tea, alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, minibar, Wi-Fi, beauty products and all tips.
