AIC Hotel Group expands MICE team to target key regions in Canada, U.S.

MIAMI — AIC Hotel Group is expanding its Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions (MICE) department to target key regions across the U.S. and Canada.

Seven new sales executives will report to Luke Majewksi, Associate Vice President of Meetings, Incentive Groups, and Corporate Travel Programs, reinforcing the company’s commitment to establishing itself as a powerhouse for destination group travel, particularly in the MICE sector.

Majewski brings over a decade of travel industry experience and previously served as Regional Director of Business Development at AIC Hotel Group.

“Having grown within the company, I’ve witnessed firsthand the passion and dedication that defines our approach to meetings and incentives,” he said. “I look forward to finding innovative ways to elevate our offerings and set new standards within the industry as we embrace exciting trends for destination events.”

The new team will spotlight the group offerings featured across the companyʻs global brands, which include the all-inclusive Hard Rock Hotels of Mexico and the D.R., Nobu Hotels Los Cabos, Chicago and Miami Beach, AVA Resort Cancun and the UNICO Hotel Collection, among others.

One of the newest properties to join the portfolio, AVA Resort Cancun, offers over 90,000 square feet of flexible venue space.

Meanwhile, opening Sept. 1, Unico 20º105º Hotel Riviera Nayarit will offer a more boutique option for groups. The new property features abundant meeting and event space with a dedicated planning team.
