Azamara’s 2027 summer lineup includes late nights and rare ports

MIAMI — Azamara Cruises has announced its Summer 2027 cruise collection, featuring 68 sailings and six Grand Voyages across its fleet of small ships.

Calling it the company’s most diverse collection of sailings yet, Michael Pawlus, Head of Itinerary Planning, said the season demonstrates Azamara’s continued commitment to immersive, enriching travel.

“From returning to beloved U.K. ports like Dartmouth and Fowey to sailings timed with iconic events like the Monaco Grand Prix and Japan’s Cherry Blossom season, Summer 2027 is all about delivering meaningful, in-depth travel experiences,” he said.

“Our Grand Voyages, in particular, some spanning more than 40 nights, are the epitome of our Destination Immersion Elevated ethos – designed for curious travellers who want to see more, stay longer and dive deeper into every destination, all while enjoying the intimate atmosphere and personalised service of our small ships,” added Pawlus.

Guests who book early can take advantage of an Early Booking Bonus, offering 20% off cruise fares. Those who reserve a Veranda cabin or Suite will also receive the Experience More Essentials Package, which includes a US$300 onboard credit, premium beverage package for two and complimentary Wi-Fi. All bookings come with Always Azamara inclusions, valued at over $4,500.

Highlights of the Summer 2027 cruises include:

Six New Grand Voyages

Travellers can choose from extended itineraries ranging from 35 to 41 nights, covering multiple countries and continents. Highlights include sailings from Miami to Venice, Copenhagen to New York, Kobe to Vancouver, and Athens to Lisbon. Each Grand Voyage includes complimentary airfare, shore excursion credits, Wi-Fi for two devices, weekly laundry service and an upgraded beverage package.

Europe’s Cultural Season

Azamara’s summer season includes itineraries that align with iconic events such as the Monaco Grand Prix and Edinburgh’s Military Tattoo. Nearly half of all cruises feature late nights or overnight stays, allowing guests to engage in authentic local experiences such as AzAmazing Evenings, guided night tours and Destination Celebration Dinners under the stars.

Return to Dartmouth and Fowey

Azamara will return to the U.K. ports of Dartmouth and Fowey for the first time since 2009 and 2018, respectively. These smaller ports, only accessible by intimate ships, offer rich historical and cultural experiences – from medieval castles and river cruises in Dartmouth to the literary heritage and coastal charm of Fowey.

Destination Immersion Elevated

The season will include 22 new PerryGolf cruises and 10 new Country-Intensive Cruises, giving guests the opportunity to explore individual countries in depth. Expanded Azamara Ashore programming will offer curated excursions and overnight land experiences in collaboration with local tour operators.

Asia in Bloom

In spring 2027, Azamara Pursuit will sail through Japan during cherry blossom season, visiting ports including Hiroshima, Kanazawa, Tokyo, Kobe and more. These voyages blend natural beauty with cultural discovery through Azamara’s expert local insight.

Evenings to Remember

With 89 overnight stays and 381 late nights planned, Azamara’s 2027 summer sailings are designed for travellers who want to experience destinations after dark. The cruise line remains the only one to offer evening shore excursions, highlighting its commitment to immersive travel.
