TORONTO — In an announcement to employees last week, Frank, Enzo and Joe DeMarinis announced the new corporate name for the company they acquired from Thomas Cook Group plc earlier this year: TravelBrands Inc.

“We are one big travel family, made up of many great brands, and we wanted a name that encompasses it all,” said Frank DeMarinis, Vice President of Red Label Vacations Inc., parent company to the newly announced TravelBrands Inc.

The new corporate name will be rolled out gradually across all segments; however the individual brands under its umbrella (Sunquest, Holiday House, Encore Cruises etc.) will continue to operate as normal.

The new TravelBrands Inc. logo will be unveiled in the near future.
