TORONTO — Running from Sunday Oct. 20 until Sunday Oct. 27, the world’s largest cruise sale will feature deals from all the different cruise lines, and Encore Cruises is upping the ante with a ‘Book Now, Pay Later’ incentive on select cruise lines for consumers and bonus Loyalty Points for agents.
