TORONTO — The Travel Agent Next Door is fresh off its hugely successful run of roadshows across Canada, with over 300 travel agents in attendance and another 170 tuning in virtually.
This marks the first time the company has hosted in-person roadshows since 2019, prior to the pandemic.
Events were held across the country, in Moncton, Halifax, Ottawa, Barrie, London, Burlington, Toronto, Richmond Hill, Winnipeg, Calgary, Edmonton and Vancouver. Sponsors included supplier partners including Air Canada Vacations, Goway Travel, Royal Caribbean, AmaWaterways and Manulife.
“Our agent partners were so happy to be meeting again in person, interacting with our team and with suppliers,” said Flemming Friisdahl, TTAND CEO. “We know how important it is to update everyone on what’s coming in 2023, and being able to do it in person again made all the difference.”
