There was a 26.3% increase in the number of Canadian visitors to Japan in October this year. Japan received 17,700 Canadians in October 2014 compared to 14,011 in October 2013. This resulted in an overall increase of 18.9% since the beginning of 2014; Japan received 149,000 visitors from January to October 2014 compared to 125,308 visitors during the same period in 2013.
