TORONTO — Air Canada has announced the agency recipients of its 2019 Circle of Excellence (COE) Awards, recognizing its top supporting agencies from across Canada.
Circle of Excellence qualification took place from October 2017 to September 2018. Required metrics during the period included revenue targets, plus winners demonstrated through their ongoing performance “a clear commitment to Air Canada and Air Canada Vacations as their preferred supplier”, says the airline, adding that Circle of Excellence inclusion comes with benefits.
“Our COE program has evolved throughout the years and today has achieved great prestige, integrity and is sought after by our agency partners. Only the best agencies reach this status and can be justifiably proud of their contributions and accomplishments,” says Virgilio Russi, Senior Director Sales – Canada at Air Canada.
