There’s a January thaw on the way for much of Canada but forecasters say 2018’s colder-than-normal winter temperatures will be back by the middle of February and continue into early March.
VANCOUVER — Rocky Mountaineer is extending its Stay & Play offer, encouraging Canadians to celebrate Canada’s 150th birthday in style.
Available now through March 31 on qualifying GoldLeaf or SilverLeaf service packages, couples can receive up to $600 in additional bonuses to spend on dining, cruising, sightseeing, extra hotel nights and more.
One of the many eligible holiday packages is the Western Explorer travelling between Vancouver and Jasper, Lake Louise, Banff and Calgary. The eight day trip takes guests through the Canadian Rockies with accommodation in some of Western Canada’s premier hotels and a variety of activities including the Icefield Parkway, Athabasca Falls and Columbia Icefield.
The promotion is applicable for select travel dates and must be requested at the time of booking. See rockymountaineer.com.
