Royal Scenic aims for ease of use with revamped CAS program

TORONTO — Improvements to Royal Scenic’s Certified Asia Specialist (CAS) program for 2017 include a more engaging and interactive learning platform, “making it easier for travel agents to complete”, says Royal Scenic.

CAS content focuses on key Asian destinations as well as the carriers serving those markets out of Canada.

“When it comes to Asia, we are the experts. And as we strive to become an indispensable partner to travel professionals across the nation, we think it’s important to offer a specialist program that will enable them to sell Asia with confidence, and then to continue providing support so that they can successfully meet the needs of their customers,” says Harold Ho, Royal Scenic’s VP Supplier Relations and Product.

Agents who reach certification status can obtain 12 ACTA-approved credits towards CTC certification and enjoy a suite of benefits exclusive to CAS agents including reduced pricing on Royal Scenic’s Asia fam trips. The program can be accessed via the CAS website at royalscenic.com/cas.
