Softvoyage launches 2 tools for SIREV: Personalized Vacation Brochure, Trip Book

MONTREAL — Softvoyage is introducing two new free sales tools to SIREV: the Personalized Vacation Brochure and the Trip Book.

The Personalized Vacation Brochure is a new communication and sales tool available to travel agents subscribing to SIREV. They leverage it as support or follow up to a sales call, to share a promotion or exceptional offer, or to simply keep the conversation going with a customer.

The brochure is easy to create. From a shopping result in SIREV, the agent generates for a customer a personalized brochure accessible from the web. The brochure presents at a glance all the information about the proposed vacation plans: itinerary, travel components’ details, supplier’s description, a destination map, the SIREV tourist guide, and Monarc’s global property score and comments from Canadian travellers.

The agent decides what price to display, adjusting or not the supplier’s selling price. For the customer, it is a source of information which can be shared with relatives. Once a decision is made, the customer can then easily find the agency’s coordinates to complete the transaction.

Coming soon, travel agents will be able to attach to the brochure, a booking form enabling customers to complete the transaction online.

The Trip Book is a new after booking sales tool. Agents leverage it to maintain the relationship with the client after the initial booking, propose additional components before the departure or to access the complete information on the booking, make payments and more.

From a reservation in SIREV, the agent generates for a client a personalized Trip Book accessible from the web. The Trip Book contains all relevant information about the booked vacation. For a client, the Trip Book is more than a simple transaction confirmation. The Trip Book provides a central and secure access for the client to retrieve the detailed itinerary, the supplier’s official electronic travel documentation (E-docs), while getting familiar with the destination, hotel and local activities.

Based on the reservation’s travel components, complementary services are proposed by the agent.

The Personalized Vacation Brochure and the Trip Book are offered for free to SIREV subscribers.

Easy-to-use, they are fully integrated to the SIREV experience and can be generated by the agent in a few seconds, mostly by the insertion of a customer’s e-mail and message.

They are fully personalized, with the agency’s name and coordinates, as well as a personalized message from the agency to the customer. Agents will soon have the capability to insert their own picture.

Because they are built in web multi-format language, both the brochure and the book can be consulted and printed by customers directly, from any connected device such as a computer, tablet or smart phone.
