Regent Seven Seas’ Travel Agent Center has new online tools

MIAMI — Regent Seven Seas Cruises has a new collection of online resources for travel agents that include updated educational tools focusing on the value proposition with the line’s signature all-inclusive luxury experience, and marketing materials designed to drive client interest and increase sales.

The new resources, Regent Seven Seas Cruises University and Marketing Central, can be found within the Travel Agent Center (RSSC.com/agent) section of the line’s website.

Regent Seven Seas Cruises University
The Regent Seven Seas University curriculum provides general information about the brand, the fleet, and a detailed comparison, with an amenity-by-amenity breakdown, of Regent’s all-inclusive value proposition.

All courses are interactive with images, text and video narration to make information easy to understand. The courses can be started, paused, saved and completed at a pace convenient for travel partners.

Regent Seven Seas Cruises University currently features two completely revamped learning modules, with a third focused on continuing education set to debut early next year. Courses include:

  • Regent Experience: This introductory course goes into intricate detail about the Regent Seven Seas Cruises product offering.
  • Selling Luxury: The newest course, released this month, focuses on how best to address a luxury consumer. The five-chapter course takes a deep dive into the various suite categories offered on Regent Seven Seas Cruises ships and the inclusive amenities that come with each category. It also offers proven tactics to attract and retain luxury clients and shares the benefits of selling group bookings.
  • Marketing Central: This additional new platform for the Travel Agent Center was specifically designed to assist travel agents with their marketing campaigns by offering a wide a range of customizable, downloadable flyers, print ads, emails, web banners and social media posts. Once an agent is finished customizing their marketing materials, they have the option to either download it for free or print the pieces for a fee.

Additionally, an agent can send a customized email directly from Marketing Central at no cost by uploading an email distribution list, or they can download the creative and send from their own email server. Regent Seven Seas Cruises retains a history of completed projects, so agents can log back into the site and easily reference or download previous marketing campaigns.

Regent Seven Seas Cruises also introduced a new bi-monthly travel agent newsletter called Luxe Agent filled with information about special promotions, itineraries, destinations and other updates happening across the fleet. See RSSC.com/agent.
