Burlington, ON — After a “massive” three-month makeover the redesigned CAA Burlington is now open for business.
“CAA is proud to unveil a unique retail experience for our members, customers and employees alike. The new, modern look and feel is the result of dedication, hard work and countless hours of planning, designing and constructing our new flagship store. This store remodel is the first of its kind and is the inspiration for future renovations,” said Kathy Kelly, Director Sales & Distribution, CAA South Central Ontario (CAA SCO).
The improvements to the 3,877-square foot store are a combination of technology and convenience and include two video walls, five digital displays, iPads and plenty of comfortable seating for customers.
“We are committed to offering superior customer service and an enhanced in-store experience with a team of 18 dedicated full- and part-time professionals. Every single detail, from the home-inspired layout to the feature wall map, was designed with our customers’ specific needs in mind. Every time they enter the store they will feel as if they have walked into their home away from home,” said Kelly.
The major facelift comes complete with a ‘living room’ where customers can sit back and take in the ‘view’ or browse an iPad while they wait to speak to a CAA agent. There’s also a dining area, a den-like section and even a front porch-inspired cruise section.
Customers and members are treated to complimentary coffee, tea or hot chocolate during their visit.
The CAA Burlington Store is one of 34 retail locations in the South Central Ontario region.
