ROMULUS, MI — Well, here’s something you don’t see every day – a naked man walking through airport security.
According to the Wayne County Airport Authority, an unidentified man walked up to a checkpoint at Detroit Metropolitan Airport’s McNamara Terminal early Friday morning and completely disrobed. Underwear and all.

After stripping down to his birthday suit, the man disconnected a stanchion, or barrier, and approached a metal detector with all the confidence in the world. However, he was stopped by security and prevented from walking through.
Airport police and fire crews responded and determined the man didn’t pose a threat. The airport says the man was taken to an area hospital for evaluation.
Word of his naked shenanigans spread like fire on Twitter, with many people poking fun at the situation.
