OAKVILLE — Granite Productions has opened registration early following strong demand for its Fall Granite Travel Trade Expos, which kicks off Oct. 20 in Winnipeg and continues across the country.
The expos are designed to connect travel suppliers with top-producing travel agents in a series of regional events that provide a more intimate alternative to large-scale trade shows. Each stop combines supplier presentations, a trade show, dinner and prize giveaways, while keeping the focus on training and networking.
Brad Dean of Granite Productions says excitement is building for the events and that he’s “thrilled” by the response, particularly in the new markets of Kelowna, BC and Kingston, ON. new contacts. “The excitement is palpable and we’re looking forward to seeing everyone again and meeting new contacts.”
Attendance and parking are free. The first 50 travel advisors who arrive at each of the eight expos will receive a $20 MasterCard, courtesy of Princess Hotels & Resorts.
The Fall Expo dates are as follows:

- Nov. 3: Ottawa, ON
- Nov. 4: Kingston, ON
- Nov. 5: Vaughan, ON
- Nov. 6: Hamilton, ON
A range of suppliers are confirmed to participate, including Bahia Principe Hotels & Resorts (Hotel Sponsor), Princess Hotels & Resorts (Gift Card Sponsor), Oasis Hotels, WestJet Vacations, Couples Resorts, Catalonia Hotels & Resorts, Barbados, Jamaica Tourist Board, The Special Travel Company and the Cuba Tourist Board. In Ontario, the St. Kitts Tourism Authority is participating as Destination Sponsor.
