MIAMI – It’s now easier to book groups with Karisma Hotels & Resorts, which has announced an array of new tools and programs specifically designed for groups, meeting planners and travel agents.

New tools for meetings, incentives, conferences and exhibitions (MICE) include detailed fact sheets, easy-to-use banquet kit menu options, themed group events to choose from, and the added ‘Pick Your perks’ incentive.

Karisma MICE customers can now easily book the type of venue and location they need using the new fact sheets. Featuring a separate fact sheet per property, these sheets include every detail of the resort, from number of suites and restaurants to activity options. Most importantly, the fact sheets include meeting space details like size, maximum capacity, floor plans and the resort’s distance from the airport.

MICE customers and agents can view, print and save these fact sheets online to determine the best fit for their group.

In addition, meeting planners now have access to a new digital banquet kit. With preset menu packages for each meal of the day, planners and clients can select the best menu for their groups from 39 pages. Meal packages include American, Mexican or International breakfast options, and barbecue, Petite Gourmet, Mediterranean, International, Italian and Mexican for lunch and dinner. Guests may opt to design their own food menus.

Groups also have the option of themed events for an additional cost. These include ‘True Mexico: A Team Building Experience,’ which takes place in Bonanza Ranch and includes activities like tug of war and human taco, as well as ‘Gourmet Inclusive Fiesta Nights’, which includes six themed party packages.

The ‘Pick Your Perks’ program is based on the total nights contracted, and is valid from now until Dec. 15, 2018. MICE groups can enjoy a number of perks that include complimentary rooms, upgrades, private transfers, private VIP check-in, complimentary reception, spa discounts and complimentary themed group events.

For every 20-49 room nights booked, clients can choose one perk, 50-100 room nights will earn two perks, 101-250 room nights receive three perks, while 250 or more room nights are rewarded with three perks plus a free three-night stay for the meeting planner.
