MISSISSAUGA — Derrell Caprietta has been convicted on one count of operating as a travel agent without registration contrary to S 4(1)(a) and S 31(1)(c) of the Travel Industry Act, 2002.

Caprietta was sentenced to a one-year probation-order, ordered to pay a total fine of $3,750 including surcharges, and ordered to pay $3,025 restitution to a consumer.
