MONTREAL — Air Canada Vacations has launched an exclusive new offer with Costa Cruises that allows clients to fly for just $49.

Running until Oct. 28, the promotion includes $49 fares when clients book the balcony stateroom category or higher on select Costa Cruises sailing from Barcelona or Rome.

Clients can choose Italian-style cruising on the Costa Diadema or Costa Fortuna, which sail through the Mediterranean for seven nights and visit ports like Marseille, Palma de Mallorca, Palermo, Savona, La Spezia and Valencia.

The promotion is based on direct flights in Economy with service class K or T to the first two guests. Guests are responsible for paying the standard taxes, which are approximately $620 per person.

New individual booking for cruise and flights packages must be made between Oct. 15-28, 2018, for select sailings between March 25 and June 28, 2019, and Sept. 2 and Oct. 1, 2019. Conditions apply.

ACV is also reminding travel agents of its extended CareFree for cruises offer. Travellers who purchase CareFree with air and cruise receive free regular seat selection, year-round Price Drop Guarantee and a $50 waiver on administrative change fees. The plan is applicable to any destination or cruise line as well as to kids. For example, the plan costs $49 per person (regular price $79) until Dec. 31, 2018, representing a total value of $310 in savings.
