CAA Quebec closes offices over COVID-19 concerns

MONTREAL — CAA Quebec has shuttered its travel centres to “ensure the safety and health” of its employees.

Philippe Blain, Vice President, Travel Services, told Gwendoline Duval, Editor of ProfessionVoyages.com, part of the Travelweek Group, that the closure, which went into effect yesterday, March 18, will also protect its customers. Blain is reassuring clients that they can still reach offices by phoning 1-844-VOYAGEZ or via email.

“All of our 330 employees in the travel sector are very committed and working hard to serve all of our customers in this unprecedented situation,” he said. “It’s an exceptional measure put in place, and it’s a concern that is very close to our hearts.”
