MONTREAL — Air Canada Vacations is giving clients added peace of mind when booking travel with its newly announced CareFlex plan, available in select destinations and resorts in Mexico and the Caribbean.
As of April 23, clients can purchase the plan for $49 per person at the time of booking only. It allows a name change up to seven days prior to departure and up to three days for a change on the departure date, destination, room category or occupancy. Plus, in case the unexpected happens and clients are unable to travel, the plan permits a cancellation with a refund up to three days prior to departure (method of refund may vary).
This offer is available year-round except during the blackout period from Dec. 19, 2018 to Jan. 5, 2019.
For travel agents, CareFlex is also commissionable; add it to bookings to receive a regular commission.
“Over the last few years and through our Travel Agent Advisory Board, we’ve been asked for a flexible option which they can use to help close a sale,” said Nino Montagnese, Managing Director, Air Canada Vacations. “We’ve got the perfect option – CareFlex! With CareFree and our new CareFlex plans, we’ve got you covered.”
