TORONTO — Memories Caribe is making the switch to an adults-only property this fall, adding a beachfront lounge for sunset cocktails, Bali beds, a revised entertainment schedule, exclusive Diamond Club areas and upgrades for honeymoon or anniversary celebrations. The Jardines del Rey area resort will be restricted to guests 16 years old and up starting Nov. 1.

Memories Caribe will renovate 100 guest suites in a selection of categories including Diamond Club, featuring premium in-suite liquor and preferred room locations.

The new La Casa del Vino, a tasting venue where tapas-style bites and premium wines will be served to guests in an elegant setting, will be available at an additional charge. Memories Caribe will also host special dinners for non-couples to mix and mingle over a gourmet meal and wine pairing.
