Trevello unveils new tech platform and training program at Connex

TORONTO — A spectacular display of fireworks kicked off Trevello’s annual conference, which is currently underway at Breathless Soul Cancun Resort.

‘Connex’ began April 30 on a high note with a cocktail evening complete with fireworks, roller-skating performers and water drummers. The conference will continue for the next three days with industry leaders delivering keynote speeches and participating in panel discussions. Teresa Vozza, an executive coach and motivational speaker, delivered a rousing speech on ‘Resilience for High Performers,’ which highlighted strategies for building resilience and adapting to changing circumstances.

Several new tools and agent resources have already been unveiled at Connex, including Trevello’s new tech platform, Trevello Connex. The platform streamlines operations, enhances customer experience and boosts sales for travel advisors, and features an array of personalized attributes that simplify the booking process, payment administration and commission reconciliation process.

“We are on top of the moon about the Connex platform – it is a game changer for our advisors and the industry,” said Zeina Gedeon, Trevello’s CEO. “We are always looking for ways to make the mandate processes for our advisors more efficient and less time consuming.”

Trevello also announced the launch of Trevello Launchpad, a training program for new travel advisors entering the industry. By completing the program, new advisors will gain the confidence and skills needed to launch successful careers in the travel industry.

Connex will wrap up on May 5.
