TORONTO — Tourcan Vacations is offering a nine-night Egypt journey that includes a four-night Nile cruise.

“What makes this cruise different?” says Tourcan GM Phillip Solomon. “Clients will sail on a Dahabiya, a two-masted luxury sailing boat.” It operates primarily under sail for low environmental impact, he adds.

“The Dahabiya we use on this journey has 17 luxury cabins and suites, all ensuite with jacuzzi bathtubs, air conditioning, indoor and outdoor dining areas, a sun deck with a pool and free WiFi. The itinerary visits Cairo for four nights (two at the start of the tour and two at the end). Sightseeing includes the Giza Pyramids and Sphinx, the Grand Egyptian Museum, Old Cairo and the Civilization Museum.

The four-night cruise visits Luxor, Edfu, Kom Ombo, Hor Diab Island and a one-night stay in Aswan.
