MISSISSAUGA — Collette has a brand new itinerary available, ‘The Balkans: From Coastal Croatia to Legendary Greece,’ from Dubrovnik to Athens.

The 16-day tour winds through eight destinations across five countries. Prices start at $6,999 per person.

“This tour tells the story of the Balkans through its people, places, and traditions that invites travelers to experience the region beyond the surface,” says Diana Ditto, Collette’s VP Product Marketing and Growth Strategy.

In a region known for its excellent dining, culinary highlights on the tour include preparing traditional bread in Karanac and savouring Albanian dishes. Travellers will also be treated to folk entertainment in Tirana. In Sarajevo, they’ll experience Bosnian hospitality firsthand, with a home-cooked meal and traditional music.

The tour also includes an Impact Moment, where travellers will meet a siege survivor and gain personal insight into Sarajevo’s wartime past.
