SEATTLE — Intrepid Travel has appointed Steven Larkin as SVP Global Sales & Partnerships, North America, a newly created role designed to accelerate the company’s growth across the region. 

Larkin begins Jan. 1, 2026, with a mandate to expand Intrepid’s presence through acquisitions, partnerships and new commercial channels, while advancing opportunities across existing industry relationships, external sales and affinity groups.

The company says the appointment reflects its renewed focus on scaling its North American business, as it works toward an ambitious goal of reaching $500 million by 2030.

Larkin is already well known within the organisation and across the trade. He served as President of Intrepid Canada from 2008 to 2014 before spending more than a decade with Delta Air Lines, most recently as Director of Sales, Canada. His return brings what Intrepid describes as strong commercial expertise and a deep understanding of the brand’s purpose-led approach.

The appointment comes on the heels of several milestones for Intrepid Travel, including the launch of its major partnership with REI and continued business expansion across the United States and Canada.
