MONTREAL — Enjoy Travel Group officially inaugurated its newly refurbished offices this week – and took the opportunity to review its operations for trade media and travel partners – at a fun industry get-together.
There were appetizers and a big birthday cake, and there was wine, which made for a perfect combination for the many travel advisors, media and industry representatives, and tourism office directors who took part in the festivities at Montreal’s Transat Tower, where Enjoy Travel Group has chosen to establish its Canadian HQ.

A FRUITFUL YEAR
The tour operatorʻs keynote presentation showcased the main achievements of Enjoy Group’s Canadian office, including strengthened partnerships with key industry players, notably through its active presence on SIREV, Sabre Vacations and Galileo.
Enjoy Travel Groupʻs Sabrena Dayle pointed out that “many of our products are not included because they are custom-designed at the client’s request; for these, advisors can contact us directly.”
Also during the presentations, the company unveiled its new global brand image, its EnjoyPro technology platform, and its 2026 product portfolio, which includes accessible programs, LGBTQ+ travel offerings, multi-destination itineraries, exclusive excursions, and unique products in Cuba, the D.R., Mexico, Florida and Europe.
Enjoy Travel Group also showcased its new loyalty program and commission programs for travel advisors.
Instead of the usual 8%, the promotional commission rate is 10% for all the tour operator’s products, and 11% for excursions, until Jan. 15.
In addition, advisors can accumulate Enjoy Dollars every time they book 10 passengers, before being able to use them as currency for their personal stays.
FROM CUBA TO THE D.R.
During the event both Michel Bernal, Director of the Cuban Tourist Office in Montreal and Narciso Sotolongo, Assistant Director of Sales and Marketing at Meliá Hotels International Cuba, confirmed that bookings were going well to Cuba for winter 2025-26.
Sotolongo also took the opportunity to point out that a 35th Melia establishment would soon open its doors in Cuba, on the Hicacos peninsula, not far from Varadero.
Cosette Garcia, Director of the Dominican Republic Tourism Office in Montreal, said her office is working more and more with Enjoy Travel Group.
“We particularly call on them when we have requests for customized packages or packages that require special needs,” she said.
The tour operator is especially adept at offering services for people with reduced mobility, whether due to their age or other physical conditions.
CANADA: A PRIORITY MARKET
“Canada is a priority market in our global strategy,” said Luis Jiménez, VP Marketing and Sales at Enjoy Travel Group. “The opening of this office represents a clear commitment to strengthening our relationship with the Canadian travel industry and supporting its growth through innovative products and cutting-edge technological solutions.”
With its Montreal headquarters, which has six permanent employees, Enjoy Travel Group is consolidating its international presence with 14 offices and more than 20 years of experience, affirming its position as a “global tour operator focused on innovation, strategic partnerships and exceptional customer service,” the company says.
