MONTREAL — Air Canada Vacationsʻ latest initiative for the travel trade is the new ACV Groups Excellence Loyalty Program.
A first for ACV, the program is designed exclusively to reward valued travel partners for their ongoing support and success in selling groups.
Starting Oct. 20, 2025, and running until Aug. 31, 2026, all group bookings made with ACV that travel Dec. 15, 2025 – Oct. 31, 2026, will automatically start qualifying for the Groups Excellence Loyalty Program.
The new loyalty framework recognizes travel advisors and agencies through a tiered rewards model – Silver, Gold, and Excellence – based on the number of group passengers booked during the qualifying period.
Each tier will unlock rewards that can be used towards travel and lifestyle perks, including Aeroplan points, travel vouchers, free seat selection, free CareFlex or CareFree products and more.
“This program was designed to recognize and celebrate the incredible work our travel advisors do in growing our Groups business,” said Erminia Gallina, Director of Sales. “We want to ensure that the more you grow with us, the more you earn and the more you enjoy the rewards that come with being one of our most valued partners.”

ACV is encouraging travel advisors to start booking their group departures today.
To help partners secure more group bookings, ACV will introduce a series of exclusive offers designed to make closing the sale easier than ever, says the company.
Travel advisors can now take advantage of group rates starting with only 10 full-paying passengers, including children.
Additionally, when booking a wedding group with ACV, advisors can access even greater benefits. Until Jan. 30, 2026, wedding couples will receive an additional $500 instant credit, applicable toward the final group invoice or as a future travel credit, in addition to the benefits outlined under the ʻWhy book a group with us?ʻ section.
This offer applies to wedding group packages to Mexico, the Caribbean, and Central America for departures April 1, 2026 – Dec. 31, 2027.
