ACV brings back Pride-focused Chill Out Event in Cuba

MONTREAL — Air Canada Vacations is inviting travellers and travel advisors to celebrate Pride under the Cuban sun with the return of its popular Chill Out Event, a week-long celebration of diversity, inclusion and unforgettable travel moments.

The 2026 edition is now open for bookings at special rates, with departures set for Jan. 31, 2026.

The all-inclusive package features a seven-night stay at the 2SLGBTQIA+ friendly Gran Muthu Rainbow resort in Cayo Guillermo. Guests will be welcomed with an exclusive kit and cocktail reception before enjoying daily entertainment such as DJ sets, drag shows, beach parties and a grand farewell gala dinner.

“Air Canada Vacations has always embraced diversity and inclusion, not only within the workplace, but also within our community and through our travel experiences,” said Nino Montagnese, Vice President at Air Canada Vacations. “In fact, the last Air Canada Vacations Chill Out event featured a celebratory airport gate activation, much to the delight of passengers. When you consider that many event goers are returning customers, it’s a testament to just how unforgettable this Pride vacation celebration truly is. You never know what surprises we’ll have in store.”

Travel advisors can book the Chill Out package for their clients with non-stop flights departing on Jan. 31, 2026, starting at $1,399 per person from Montreal and $1,349 from Toronto. Guests can also take advantage of event exclusive hotel rates for double or single occupancy in a Junior Suite or higher category; availability is limited.

Located on Punta Playuelas, Gran Muthu Rainbow Cayo Guillermo is a four-star, adults-only beachfront property offering a blend of relaxation and vibrant entertainment. The resort features five bars, six restaurants, a large pool and an array of daily activities. Its 248 rooms – including junior suites, suites and swim-out suites – are equipped with modern amenities, many offering views of the pool and sea.
