Toronto’s Dominic Daly convicted of operating without registration

TORONTO — Toronto-based Dominic Daly was convicted of three counts of operating as a travel agent without registration.

The Court fined Daly a total amount, including Victim Fine Surcharge, of $3,000. In addition to the fine, the Court ordered Daly to pay restitution of $3,881 and placed him on probation for two years. Lastly, prior to the court proceeding, Daly also repaid $835 to a consumer.

Daly was first charged in November 2017, and appeared in court on Nov. 16 at the Ontario Court of Justice, Provincial Offences Court.
