TORONTO — The Travel Industry Council of Ontario’s Board of Directors approved payment of $8,084.58 to assist two consumers who were at risk of not receiving the travel services for which they had paid.

The payment was due to the closure of John Douglas Mills formally operating as Algonquin Travel in Oshawa.
