The Travel Agent Next Door joins Ensemble’s Circle of Excellence

TORONTO — How exclusive is Ensemble’s Circle of Excellence? Only 10 agencies from Canada are included, and The Travel Agent Next Door is now part of the elite group.

The company, which specializes in the home-based travel agent and supports medium- to small-sized agencies, as well as agencies that would like to start their own home-based business, was recognized as a member of Ensemble’s Circle of Excellence at last week’s Ensemble International conference in Seattle.

The Travel Agent Next Door is the fifth largest Ensemble agency in Canada, based on 2018 performance.

This year’s annual conference welcomed approximately 900 Ensemble agency owners and frontline professionals from Canada, the U.S. and Australia, as well as preferred partners from around the world. Highlights of the event include a state-of-the-organization address by Ensemble CEO David Harris on the ‘Purpose of Travel’, the Ensemble Circle of Excellence Gala Dinner, and a silent auction that benefitted the Make a Wish Foundation.

The Travel Agent Next Door agents in attendance accepted the award on behalf of the entire company. They included (as pictured): Scott Waldron; Kim Tillmar; Stacey Knight; Penny Martin, The Travel Agent Next Door VP; David Harris, CEO, Ensemble; Kim Lake; Kevin Pikkert; and Flemming Friisdahl, Founder, The Travel Agent Next Door.
