Sunquest brings back Price Drop Guarantee on new bookings made Jan. 7-31

TORONTO — Sunquest is starting the year by bringing back the Price Drop Guarantee.

Available on all new bookings made between Jan. 7 and 31 and valid on all winter and summer departures, Sunquest’s Price Drop Guarantee includes:

  • Paying up to $1,000 back if the price drops after booking;
  • Offering this service at absolutely no charge;
  • Providing a cash refund, not a future travel voucher;
  • Making it all available through a quick and easy 30-second registration process;
  • All the while protecting the agent’s original commission on the booking.

Travel agents or their clients must register for the Price Drop Guarantee by going online to Sunquest.ca within 10 days of making a booking. If the price drops, Sunquest will refund the difference between the higher and lower rates to a maximum of $400 per adult and up to 50% of the adult difference per child, with a per room maximum of $1,000. The lower price per person (including taxes) must be at least $50 less than the original price per person (including taxes) in order to qualify.

The Price Drop Guarantee is only applicable to the exact same package as the original booking. It is not applicable to cruise, U.S. destinations, Sandals, Beaches and Grand Pineapple Resorts or group bookings. Refund requests must be made more than 30 days prior to departure by phone during Sunquest call centre business hours, while the applicable price drop is in effect.
