SOUTHLAKE, TX — Sabre Corporation’s US$154 million acquisition of the Trust Group, pending approval and set for early 2016, will extend Sabre’s position as the world’s largest central reservations system provider to hotels.

The Trust Group has a global customer base, with a large presence in Europe, Middle East, Africa and Asia Pacific. The acquisition is expected to contribute approximately $40 million of incremental revenue to Sabre in 2016.
