MONTREAL — Transat Distribution Canada (TDC) recently honoured its top-performing franchise and affiliate agency owners with an exclusive, seven-night Bravo Excellence Club Reward trip in Peru.
Hosted in partnership with Transat and G Adventures, the experience brought together 30 franchise and affiliate agency owners and their guests from across Canada for an immersive and inspiring journey.

“TDC is, first and foremost, a group of dedicated business owners – travel agency owners who work incredibly hard, and some of whom achieve truly exceptional sales performance,” said Karine Gagnon, TDC’s General Manager. “For nearly 20 years, the Bravo Excellence Club reward trip has been our way of recognizing these sales leaders. As General Manager, I have the pleasure of accompanying these groups, as I did in early May for a memorable trip to the land of the Incas.”
She added, “This trip offers us an incredible luxury, a rare and essential commodity: time. Time to enjoy the destination, of course, but most importantly, time to connect with colleagues. It allows for meaningful and insightful discussions in an enchanting and relaxed atmosphere. I cannot overstate how vital this direct feedback from our members is to me and the leadership team members who join me.”

Exploring Peru with G Adventures
The group arrived in Lima aboard Air Transat before embarking on a curated itinerary that highlighted the culture, history and landscapes of Peru. G Adventures, TDC’s travel partner and a leading tour operator in the region, led the journey, with stops in Cusco, Aguas Calientes and Sacsayhuamán, culminating in the awe-inspiring Machu Picchu.
Participants had the opportunity to engage with local communities through unique experiences aligned with G Adventures’ eco-friendly and community-focused approach. Activities included an empanada-making workshop and a spiritual ceremony dedicated to the Sun King.
Celebrating Excellence in Cusco
The journey concluded at renowned Artisano restaurant in Cusco with a recognition event that celebrated the contributions of TDC’s high-achieving owners.
Said Gagnon: “The path to excellence is rarely easy. Above all, it’s the result of constant effort – I would even say daily dedication – to your customers, but also to your teams.”
She added, “The precious moments we experienced this week, the discoveries and emotions, will stay with us forever. I feel so much gratitude for having shared this experience alongside you.”

What made it even more special was sharing this adventure with such an incredible group of colleagues. As a first-time participant in the Bravo Excellence Club trip, I felt both welcomed and inspired. The combination of breathtaking landscapes and meaningful connections made this trip one I’ll always remember and cherish.”
Sarah Crowhurst and Lynn Hipwell, co-owners of The Travel Place TravelPlus, also shared their enthusiasm. “TDC and G Adventures made this journey completely unforgettable, and it was the kind of reward you never forget! From exploring the beauty of Machu Picchu, learning about the amazing history and culture of Peru, to meeting new friends and sharing laughs over pisco sours – every moment of our journey was perfect.”

Looking Ahead to 2026
TDC has announced that the next Bravo Excellence Club reward trip will be a Mediterranean immersion in 2026, hosted aboard Norwegian Cruise Line’s Dawn.
“TDC will host this seven-day Mediterranean immersion departing from Lisbon, Portugal, and traveling to Barcelona, Spain, with stops in Ibiza and Palma, Mallorca, among other destinations,” Gagnon said. “TDC wouldn’t be able to offer such memorable trips without the participation of its valued partners. So, a big thank you in advance to NCL and, of course, Transat, our number one partner.”
