IRVING, TX — Nexion Travel Group – Canada is highlighting a standout achievement in its advisor community as Steve Cole of Sail with Steve & Co. in London, Ontario, has been named a Celebrity Cruises Top Performer.

Cole received the recognition during Celebrity’s inaugural Canadian Top Performers Cruise, held Oct. 26 aboard Celebrity Silhouette. A member of Nexion since 2017, this is the first time Cole has earned the designation, marking a significant milestone in his career.

Citing a recent Nexion survey of 218 travel advisors in which 71% of respondents said cruises are the most common type of trip being booked by clients, Jackie Friedman, President of Nexion Travel Group, said: “Cruises are a major part of the business for our travel advisor members in the United States and Canada, and we are committed to providing them with the tools they need to be successful, especially in selling cruises. Steve’s recognition is a tribute to his hard work and expertise in planning amazing journeys for his clients.”

Celebrity’s six-night Top Performers Cruise sailed through the Western Caribbean aboard the Celebrity Silhouette. In addition to port excursions and business-building sessions on sea days, the event included private cocktail receptions, recognition events, World Series watch parties and even a Halloween costume party. Advisors also enjoy galley and backstage tours and had the chance to interact with senior officers throughout the week.
