Passenger carrying offensive bag needs to get a clue

KUALA LUMPUR — In what can be considered the dumbest travel accessory in history (and a major security faux-pas), a holidaymaker’s carryon bag is causing double takes across social media.

Spotted at Kuala Lumpur International Airport last week was a passenger carrying a bag emblazoned with the slogan: “This bag contains a bomb, a gun, a very large knife and loads of drugs”. Although the bag went unnoticed by airport security (really?!), it was quickly snapped by fellow passengers and posted on Instagram.

We’re assuming the bag was a joke – luckily, no disruptions were reported as a result. But we can all probably agree that in this day and age, this joke fell short – way short.
