New website, CAS program, Bon Voyage brochure from Royal Scenic

TORONTO — Royal Scenic has a triple threat of new offerings for travel agents, including a new optimized website at royalscenic.com, an updated Certified Asia Specialist (CAS) program and a new 2016/17 Bon Voyage brochure.

Royal Scenic’s new website offers a new centralized log-in area for the company’s various product lines, a more modern layout and faster access to all information on the site through pull-down menus. “The website provides a more engaging and user-friendly platform for our valuable agency partners to do business with us,” says Harold Ho, Royal Scenic’s VP, Marketing and Business Development.

Royal Scenic’s CAS program, meanwhile, also aims for ease of use; CAS agents can take the courses “anytime and anywhere”, says Ho. Sponsors include tourism boards, major airlines to Asia and premium hotel and resort brands. “New agents are welcome to learn more about those destinations and experienced agents can keep updated on what’s new in the market.”

The ACTA-approved Certified Asia Specialist Program is available free of charge online. Graduates qualify for 12 advanced credits toward CTC accreditation and get benefits and assistance through Royal Scenic.

“Our new initiatives were designed after extensive consultation with our agency customers. With their feedback we are able to present improved tools for them to enhance efficiency and lower costs to supplement the excellent service provided by our reservations, ticketing and tour specialists,” said Ho.
