MONTREAL — Soland Inc. has completed structural construction on Quebec’s first Tru by Hilton hotel, set to open in downtown Montreal in early June 2025.

Located in the heart of the city, the $22 million property will feature 86 modern, intuitively designed rooms with large windows to maximize natural light. Guests can expect complimentary hot breakfast – including an automatic pancake machine – alongside a 24-hour Eat & Sip Market, a gym and flexible public spaces for working, relaxing or socializing.

Tru by Hilton downtown Montreal will participate in Hilton Honors, the brand’s award-winning loyalty program. Members who book directly through preferred Hilton channels can benefit from perks such as flexible payment options using Points and money, exclusive member discounts, and access to digital features like contactless check-in and room entry via the Hilton Honors app.

An official opening ceremony will take place in late July.
