TORONTO — Sunwing Vacations customers can now book their winter getaway to the all-new Riu Ventura, a beachfront resort opening Dec. 6, 2025, in Cancun’s Hotel Zone.

Set along the white sands of Delfines Beach, Riu Ventura will be RIU Hotels & Resorts’ sixth property in Cancun and 23rd in Mexico overall. The new-build resort brings a modern take on the brand’s signature 24-hour all-inclusive experience, designed with families, couples and groups of friends in mind.

Hotel Riu Ventura will offer more than 700 rooms, including swim-out and two-bedroom family suite options. On-site, guests can enjoy six outdoor pools – one featuring water slides and another located on the sixth floor with sea views—along with access to RIULand kids’ club and family-friendly entertainment.

Dining options will range from Asian, Mexican, Italian, a steakhouse and an international buffet. The resort will also offer six bars, access to RIUFit programming, and wellness services at the Renova Spa (additional cost).

Guests staying at Riu Ventura will also be able to take part in RIU Party events hosted at nearby Riu Caribe, offering vibrant nightlife options.
