TORONTO — Hyatt Hotels Corporation has announced that members of its World of Hyatt can now earn and redeem points at participating Bahia Principe Hotels & Resorts properties, marking a major expansion of its all-inclusive portfolio.

The newly integrated collection includes more than 20 resorts and approximately 12,000 rooms across key leisure destinations in the Dominican Republic, Mexico, Jamaica and Spain.

The move represents a significant milestone in the strategic joint venture between Hyatt and Grupo Piñero, which owns the Bahia Principe brand. With the addition, Bahia Principe becomes the ninth brand within Hyatt’s Inclusive Collection, further strengthening its presence in the all-inclusive segment.

New earning opportunities and limited-time promotion

As part of the integration, World of Hyatt members can now earn five base points per eligible US$1 spent at participating Bahia Principe resorts. They can also earn credit toward elite tier status and Milestone Rewards with every qualifying stay. 

To celebrate the launch, Hyatt is offering a limited-time promotion allowing members to earn double points on qualifying stays at participating Bahia Principe hotels and resorts. Members can register at hyatt.com/2x-points-bahia-principe between March 24 and May 30, 2026. Only eligible stays completed after registration and between April 1 and June 30, 2026, will qualify.
